The Premier two-lug action uses a spiral-fluted bolt with a floating bolt head, a coned bolt nose and breech, a non-rotating gas shield, and a 90-degree throw. An oversized tactical bolt knob provides positive manipulation, and a manual safety offers straightforward operation. The TriggerTech Primary trigger is externally adjustable for a crisp, consistent pull.
The 24 in stainless steel barrel is heavy contour, free-floated, and threaded 5/8-24, finished in Tactical Gray Cerakote for added protection. A 1:8 twist rate is optimized for common 6.5 Creedmoor bullet weights. Bergara backs the platform with a sub-MOA accuracy guarantee.
The HMR stock is a composite design in black with gray speckle and incorporates an integrated mini-chassis for repeatable bedding. It includes an adjustable cheekpiece, LOP spacers, QD flush cups, sling studs, and a rear hook; length of pull is set at 14.25 in. A swivel-stud mounted bipod is installed for immediate field support.
The receiver is stainless steel with a Tactical Gray Cerakote finish and accepts Remington 700 pattern scope bases with 8-40 screws; a one-piece 1913 Picatinny base is already installed. The rifle feeds from AICS-pattern magazines and has a 10+1 capacity. Assembled in the USA at Bergara's Lawrenceville, Georgia facility.
