Made in Germany and imported by ATI, this rimfire AK carries the correct "Made in Germany" and GSG oval logo markings, along with DE proof symbols and a BC German date code. The rifle also features licensed "KALASHNIKOV" branding, a smooth AK-style receiver cover, and a faux non-functioning gas system that preserves the classic AK profile.
The 17.7-inch steel barrel has a straight profile and plain crown, and uses six-groove rifling. Sighting is handled by AK-pattern iron sights: a protected post front and an adjustable rear tangent leaf. The action is a semi-automatic blowback system with a manual safety lever and an AK-style selector marked with S and F legends and a red index dot.
Furniture is all black polymer, including a fixed stock with a rubber buttpad and rear sling loop, a ribbed fore-end, and a polymer pistol grip. Length of pull is 13.5 inches. Overall length is approximately 36.5 inches, and the unloaded weight is about 6.5 pounds. The receiver and external finish are matte black for a uniform, purposeful look.
