This customized Remington Model 700 BDL in 7mm Remington Magnum pairs an early-production 1960s receiver with a Remington-marked 24-inch stainless sporter barrel featuring three-port muzzle porting. It has been restocked in a black synthetic Monte Carlo-style stock and comes topped with a Simmons Whitetail 3-9x40mm 1-inch SFP Duplex scope on an installed one-piece base. What’s Included

    • Optic: Simmons Whitetail 3-9x40 scope, 1-inch tube, SFP duplex
    • Optic Mounts: One-piece scope base with rings (installed)

Built on an early Model 700 BDL receiver bracketed to 1962–1968 by serial range, this rifle retains the BDL’s internal box magazine with hinged floorplate and a right-hand bolt with a round, checkered knob. Chambered in 7mm Remington Magnum, it offers a 3+1 capacity and the dependable Model 700 action in a full-size configuration made in the USA.

The rifle has been re-barreled with a Remington-marked 24-inch stainless steel sporter barrel. The barrel is free of iron sights and features three ports near the crown for muzzle porting. Barrel legend includes Remington Arms Co., Ilion, N.Y., Made in U.S.A., along with patent numbers 2,473,373; 2,514,981; 2,588,195. The polished blue/black receiver contrasts cleanly with the stainless barrel.

It wears a black synthetic Monte Carlo-style stock with molded checkering, sling swivel studs, and a Remington-branded rubber recoil pad. An oval grip-cap medallion accents the grip area. Length of pull measures 13.25 inches, providing a solid fit for a wide range of shooters.

Optics are ready to go with a Simmons Whitetail 3-9x40mm 1-inch SFP Duplex scope mounted on a one-piece base with rings. The barrel has no sights, making the included scope the primary aiming solution. This setup provides a straightforward, field-ready sighting system matched to the 7mm Rem. Mag. chambering.
