It features licensed Colt markings, German proof marks, and a purpose-built straight-blowback action, not a conversion. The rifle comes in excellent condition and includes four factory 30-round Colt .22 Tactical Rimfire magazines.

Manufactured by Carl Walther in Germany under license, this carbine bears licensed Colt markings and German proof marks. It is imported by Umarex USA (Fort Smith, AR). The bolt carries German proof marks, and the receiver and bolt share matching serial information.
The rifle uses a dedicated straight-blowback .22 LR system purpose-built for rimfire, not a centerfire AR conversion. It includes an adjustable mainspring/bolt-speed screw for fine-tuning. The 16.2 in steel barrel is aluminum-sleeved and fitted with an A2-pattern muzzle device.
The flat-top upper provides a continuous Picatinny rail, paired with an A2-style fixed front sight base and a detachable aperture rear sight. A carbine-length ribbed polymer handguard with an integral top rail complements the matte black aluminum receiver.
Controls and furniture follow the M4 pattern with a 6-position adjustable stock and A2 pistol grip. External forward-assist and bolt catch are cosmetic by design, and the ejection-port cover is non-functional per factory. Overall length is approximately 31.1–34.4 in, and capacity is 30+1.
