The 28-inch barrel features a ventilated rib and bead sights for a clean, familiar sight picture. The chamber is cut for 2.75-inch shells, and the tubular magazine provides a 4+1 capacity with the standard field-length tube terminating at the barrel guide ring.
Furniture is American walnut with pressed checkering that incorporates a flying-bird motif. The buttstock includes a Brown Remington-branded ventilated recoil pad with a white-line spacer and a 14.0-inch length of pull.
