Built on a stainless steel frame with a satin stainless finish, this SP101 pairs durability with a compact footprint. The 3-inch barrel has a full underlug, and the six-shot fluted cylinder uses Ruger’s triple-locking system for secure lockup at the front, rear, and bottom of the frame.
Chambered in .327 Federal Magnum, it also accepts .32 H&R Magnum, .32 S&W Long, and .32 S&W. The barrel uses a 1:16 RH twist, and the revolver weighs 27 oz, offering a solid feel without excess bulk.
Sighting is straightforward with a pinned black ramp front and an integral rear notch. The revolver operates in double-action/single-action with a spurred hammer and incorporates Ruger’s transfer-bar safety. Grips are cushioned rubber with engraved hardwood inserts.
