Overall Condition: Good condition, showing some signs of prior use and handling.
Bore Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: The rear sight/cover plate is missing, leaving the rear optics cut and mounting holes exposed. Scratches, blemishes, and areas of finish wear are present with handling marks.

The P365 XL configuration brings a 3.7-inch barrel and an XL-marked slide. The slide has front and rear serrations and a rear optics cut; the cover plate is absent and the mounting holes are visible. It uses a striker-fired, locked-breech action and has a front blade with an orange dot. There is no external manual safety, and controls are on the left side, including the slide catch, takedown lever, and magazine release.
A Mischief Machine aluminum grip module is installed, identified by manufacturer markings on the frame. It is fitted with a bolt-on flared magazine well extension and removable grip panels; hex-pattern panels are currently installed.
An M*CARBO flat-faced trigger shoe is fitted, providing a straight trigger profile. The original factory P365 trigger shoe is included.
Capacity is 21+1 with the extended magazine. Included steel P365-pattern magazines are one 21-round and two 17-round. A three-slot accessory rail on the dust cover supports light or laser attachment. Also included are a Havok IWB Kydex holster with dual clips and concealment claw, two additional grip panel sets (checkered wood and textured G10), and a SIG Sauer factory hard case.
