The Staccato P4.5 HD is a recent 2011-series update built on a steel frame with a 4.5 inch bull barrel and a barrel-mounted sight block. It features an optics-ready slide with a cover plate, an external extractor, and a firing pin block unique to the HD series. This full-size, single-action 9mm includes two 18-round steel magazines and a full-length dust cover with a 4-slot Picatinny rail.

This P4.5 HD is configured on Staccato’s 2011 platform with a full-size steel frame and a modular textured grip showcasing Staccato star logos. A flared magazine well supports fast reloads, and capacity is 18+1 with the included steel double-stack magazines.
The 4.5 inch bull barrel uses a barrel-mounted sight block that keeps the front sight stationary relative to the barrel. The barrel has a flush crown, and the sighting setup includes a barrel-mounted front blade with a yellow dot. Rear sighting is dependent on the optics plate and is not present on this example (flat cover plate installed).
The HD-series slide adds practical enhancements: an external extractor and a firing pin block, plus front and rear serrations with top slide traction cuts for confident manipulation. The slide is factory optics-ready with a cover plate installed.
Controls include ambidextrous manual thumb safeties, a bilateral slide stop, and a left-side magazine release. A captive flat-wire recoil system is fitted, and the full-length dust cover integrates a 4-slot Picatinny rail for mounting compatible accessories. The pistol is made in the USA.
