The Legion-series P226 XFIVE shown here is the SAO variant chambered in 9mm Luger. It wears SIG's Legion Gray finish on a stainless-steel slide and alloy frame, with a full-size profile and 4.4 in barrel. The slide provides front and rear cocking serrations and includes two top expansion cuts.
The optics-ready slide features a factory cover plate and is compatible with SIG ROMEO1Pro/ROMEO2 and Leupold DeltaPoint Pro footprints. Iron sights consist of a green fiber-optic front and a fully adjustable square-notch rear, providing an adjustable sight picture out of the box.
Controls include an ambidextrous manual thumb safety and a left-side magazine release. The fire-control system centers on the AX3 three-way adjustable, flat-faced, skeletonized SAO trigger, paired with a skeletonized spur hammer.
The alloy frame incorporates a flared magwell, an extended beavertail, front-strap checkering, and a full-length dust cover with a 5-slot MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail. Dark textured grip panels with a chevron motif complete the configuration. Capacity is 18+1, and three steel double-stack magazines are included.
