It features a ported 3.8-inch stainless steel barrel and slide lightening cuts, paired with a curved, skeletonized trigger (three lightening holes) that is tuned by the Performance Center. The slide is marked "Performance Center" and "M&P 380 SHIELD EZ" with "M2.0," and the barrel hood is marked "380 AUTO."
Low-light and daytime visibility are addressed with LiteWave H3 tritium/fiber-optic sights front and rear, marked "HZ H3 19." These day/night sights provide a clear, bright sight picture that complements the compact form factor.
The slide and barrel are stainless steel finished in black Armornite, while the black polymer frame carries the M&P texture for a confident hold. A Picatinny-style accessory rail on the dust cover offers space for compatible lights or accessories.
Controls and safety features include an ambidextrous manual thumb safety, a grip safety, and a loaded chamber indicator.
