The P320 X-Compact pairs a 3.6-inch barrel with the X-Series compact grip length to deliver a well-balanced 9mm carry and range package. It is striker-fired with a flat-faced trigger, and the slide is finished matte black with front and rear cocking serrations for confident manipulation.
A Wilson Combat polymer grip module is installed, featuring aggressive starburst texturing and Wilson Combat branding with Berryville, AR markings. The module includes a mild internal magwell bevel, while the serialized modular FCU remains visible through the grip window, underscoring the P320's adaptable design.
Sight configuration is straightforward and fast: a TG-H3 front sight with a green insert pairs with a plain black, serrated square-notch rear. This iron sight setup offers a clean sight picture that complements the compact barrel length.
