This Shadow 2 Compact Special Edition stands out with its factory bronze finish, compact 4-inch format, and a reported limited run of approximately 1,500 units worldwide. It features a ported barrel and slide lightening windows, an aluminum-alloy frame, and DA/SA operation with ambidextrous manual safeties. The rear sight is adjustable and the front sight is not installed.
As a Special Edition, it carries distinctive model markings and matching serial numbers repeated on the frame, slide, and barrel. Czech CIP proofs with the 23 year code and importer markings for CZ-USA Hartford, CT are present. The frame integrates a high beavertail, aggressive frontstrap and backstrap checkering, and an accessory rail with three slots. Capacity is 17+1, and two magazines are included.
The slide includes lightening windows, and the barrel is ported near the muzzle. The rear sight is adjustable; the front dovetail is empty with no front sight installed. Black textured grip panels and a skeletonized external hammer complete the package.
This example comes with useful extras: two RMR-pattern optics plates (CGW 6-32 #119912 and a Trijicon RMR plate, UNC 6-32), spare recoil springs and a complete recoil spring/guide-rod assembly, OEM trigger/hammer parts, a light-bearing Kydex holster fitted for a Streamlight TLR-7X, and the original CZ factory case with manual, cleaning supplies, and lock.
Condition
Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: Minor scratches and blemishes are present, with light wear around the magwell. The front sight is not installed and the front dovetail is empty.
