The M&P 5.7 is configured without a manual thumb safety and uses an internal hammer-fired, gas-operated, locked-breech TEMPO two-part barrel system. Chambered in 5.7x28mm, it offers a 22+1 capacity and ships with two factory 22-round steel magazines.
Its 5" stainless steel barrel is Armornite finished and threaded 1/2x28 with a 1:9 twist, pairing durability with common thread compatibility. The slide wears an Armornite finish and includes lightening windows.
The optics-cut slide includes a cover plate retained by two screws. Steel 3-dot sights come installed, with a white dot front and a white 2-dot rear that is drift-adjustable.
The black polymer frame uses M2.0-style texture for secure purchase and integrates a Picatinny-style accessory rail.
