This Beretta A400 Xcel Sporting is an Italian-made, gas-operated 12 gauge built for smooth cycling and consistent performance. It features a 30 in Steelium tri-alloy steel barrel with a ventilated rib and front bead, a blue-anodized aluminum receiver, and the B-Link gas system with a rotating bolt. The barrel is currently fitted with a Modified choke, and the gun shows Italian proof marks with an IT18 marking, plus matching serial numbers on the receiver and bolt.

The 30 in Steelium tri-alloy steel barrel is cold hammer forged, deep-drilled, and vacuum stress-relieved, then finished with a ventilated rib and front bead. It uses the Optima-Choke HP extended system with screw-in tubes, and this shotgun is currently set up with a Modified choke in the barrel.
Beretta’s B-Link gas system with a rotating bolt is identified by the BLINK marking on the bolt. The action is gas-operated and semi-automatic with a cross-bolt safety and a 2+1 capacity. The chamber is 3 in to accommodate a wide range of 12 gauge loads.
The receiver is aluminum alloy with a blue anodized finish and is marked "A400 Xcel 12 GA" with the "Xcel" logo. A blue-anodized magazine cap with a knurled silver locking ring complements the receiver. Italian proof marks and an "IT18" marking are present, and the receiver and bolt carry matching serial numbers.
The stock set is checkered walnut with a pistol grip and a rubber buttpad for a solid, repeatable mount. Details include the PB oval and a Gun Pod grip-cap. Length of pull is 14.0 for a familiar sporting fit.
