This licensed HK MP5 .22 LR pistol is German-made by Umarex and configured as a straight blowback rimfire trainer with authentic MP5-style controls. It is CIP proofed in Germany and imported by Heckler & Koch, Inc., Columbus, GA. Notable upgrades include an A3 Tactical side-folding arm brace, an aftermarket HK-style claw Picatinny optics rail, and an included Sightmark Ultra Shot M-Spec reflex sight mounted on that add-on rail. It ships with four 25-round magazines and features an 8.5" threaded barrel with thread protector.

Manufactured in Germany by Umarex and licensed by HK, this MP5-pattern .22 LR pistol mirrors the familiar MP5 control layout. It uses a straight blowback action and a metal receiver finished in matte black, paired with the classic MP5 slimline polymer handguard. A manual safety and left-side charging handle on the cocking tube complete the correct MP5-style handling.
The 8.5" barrel is threaded and capped with a thread protector, offering flexibility for accessories compatible with the threads. An aftermarket HK-style clamp-on claw Picatinny rail is installed and currently hosts the included Sightmark Ultra Shot M-Spec reflex sight. The factory-style sights remain in place: a hooded front post and an adjustable rear diopter drum.
An A3 Tactical side-folding arm brace is installed. It folds to the left and secures with a hook-and-loop strap, adding stability while maintaining a compact profile for storage and transport.
Markings include German CIP proofs ("DE" and "CIP N") with an adjacent two-digit year "25" on the bolt/barrel group, plus the Heckler & Koch Inc., Columbus GA import mark. Capacity is 25+1, and this example includes four curved polymer 25-round magazines designed for the HK MP5 .22 platform.
