The Model Raven follows the pocket-size MP-25 pattern and is marked with Phoenix Arms Ontario, CA legends on the slide. Overall length is about 4.75 inches (reference spec), with a 2.4-inch barrel and a 6+1 capacity in .25 ACP (6.35mm).
It uses a simple blowback, striker-fired action. Controls include a heel-type magazine release, a manual safety, and a magazine disconnect for added handling security.
The build combines a Zamak frame and slide with a bright-plated exterior. A steel barrel liner supports the bore, aligning with the Model Raven’s established construction approach.
Sighting is fixed and integral: an integral front blade and integral rear notch. The slide features rear-only serrations and a longitudinal top channel.
Markings include the slide legends "MODEL RAVEN CAL. .25 AUTO. MADE IN U.S.A." and "PHOENIX ARMS ONTARIO, CA." The firing pin also functions as the ejector. The included single-stack steel magazine is designed for the Model Raven and incorporates a witness window and a heel-catch baseplate lip, with a stamped safety notice.
