The Kel-Tec KSG-25 stands out for its extended dual magazine tubes, long 30.5 inch barrel, and impressive capacity. This bullpup 12 gauge features downward ejection and ambidextrous operation, a fixed cylinder bore with a 3 inch chamber, and a two-tone configuration with olive-green furniture over gray metal components. A full-length T-marked MIL-STD-1913 top rail and bottom accessory rail come installed, along with Magpul MBUS flip-up sights and a Magpul RVG vertical foregrip.

This KSG-25 uses dual extended magazine tubes with a manual selector, providing 12+12 rounds of 2.75 inch shells plus 1 in the chamber, or 10+10 rounds of 3 inch shells plus 1 in the chamber. The 3 inch chamber and fixed cylinder bore make it versatile for a wide range of 12 gauge loads within those lengths.
The bullpup layout keeps overall length to approximately 38.25 inches while retaining a long 30.5 inch steel barrel. Downward ejection and ambidextrous operation support use from either shoulder. A rubber buttpad and a 13.0 inch length of pull aid control and comfort.
Construction includes olive-green polymer furniture over a gray barrel, receiver, and magazine tubes for a durable two-tone finish. The ventilated handguard/heat shield helps manage heat during extended strings of fire.
For mounting options, the shotgun includes a full-length MIL-STD-1913 top rail with T-marked slots and a bottom accessory rail. Installed Magpul MBUS polymer flip-up sights and a Magpul RVG vertical foregrip are included, giving practical sighting and front-end control out of the box.
