The lower receiver is marked GUARDSMAN-15 MULTI with the PSA West Columbia, S.C. rollmark and Minuteman logo. The upper is AR-15 pattern with a forward assist and ejection-port dust cover. The 16 inch barrel is roll-marked 5.56, is threaded, and wears an open-prong multi-port muzzle device. This rifle uses a direct-impingement, semi-automatic action and is chambered in 5.56 NATO.
Customization includes a rattle-can multi-tone camouflage finish across the receivers, handguard, buffer tube, stock, scope mount, and small parts. Furniture and controls are well-appointed: a B5 Systems collapsible carbine stock (length of pull 11.25 inches), a Magpul MOE pistol grip, an ambidextrous safety selector, and an ambidextrous charging handle with extended latches. The trigger is a flat-faced, skeletonized design.
The free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard provides mounting flexibility. An M-LOK bolt-on Picatinny rail section is installed at 12 o'clock near the muzzle, with a handstop positioned at 6 o'clock and textured M-LOK rail panel covers for grip and heat management. Capacity is 30+1, and a Magpul PMAG polymer magazine marked 5.56x45 is included.
A 30mm one-piece cantilever scope mount is installed on the receiver rail, offering a solid base for glass. A tan web sling with a push-button QD swivel is included for carry and support. This rifle is made in the United States.
