The CSX pairs a 3.1" stainless steel barrel with a stainless slide treated in Armornite for corrosion resistance and a uniform black finish. The aluminum-alloy frame is black anodized, keeping weight down while providing a solid, durable foundation in a true micro footprint.
This model is recoil-operated and single-action only, using an external hammer and a flat-faced trigger. It includes an ambidextrous manual thumb safety and a trigger safety, a reversible magazine release, and a bilateral slide stop/release to accommodate a wide range of shooters.
The slide is cut with front and rear grasping serrations plus top glare-reduction serrations for secure manipulation and a clear sight picture. Dovetailed three-dot iron sights are installed front and rear, allowing straightforward replacement or adjustment as needed.
