The SLR-101S uses a Bulgarian milled steel receiver with the characteristic lightening cut and the double-circle 10 factory mark. Import markings indicate Arsenal, Las Vegas NV U.S.A., and the handguard and pistol grip carry U.S. compliance stamps. The rifle is finished in black with a fixed black polymer stock and polymer pistol grip, delivering a clean, uniform appearance and a length of pull of 13.5 inches.
The front end follows the AKM/100-series pattern with a 90-degree gas block and a threaded 16.3-inch barrel. A two-port AK-style compensator is installed. Operation is the proven long-stroke gas piston system, and the manual safety/selector lever is marked "S" and "F" on the right side. Maximum capacity is 30+1.
Upgraded Dust Cover with Picatinny Rail: this rifle is equipped with the Parabellum Armament AK Adaptive Rail System top-cover. The hinged, latched design includes a T-marked Picatinny rail (T2–T14) integrated into the dust cover for a secure, continuous upper rail surface.
Sighting equipment includes the AK-pattern front sight tower with an adjustable post. The original tangent rear sight is not present/visible, as the top-cover rail runs the length of the receiver cover. Rails are present per the installed Parabellum Armament system. The package includes one XTech Tactical 30-round polymer AK magazine.
