The G31 Gen4 is a full-size .357 SIG built on Glock's proven polymer frame with Safe Action system. The 4.49-inch barrel uses Glock's polygonal rifling, and the standard 15+1 capacity pairs well with the included trio of factory magazines. Finish and frame are black throughout for a uniform, duty-style appearance.
Gen4 enhancements include the Modular Backstrap System to tailor grip size, an enlarged reversible magazine catch for left- or right-handed use, and a dual recoil spring assembly designed to moderate felt recoil and extend service life. The pistol retains Glock's fixed sights and rear slide serrations for straightforward manipulation.
An integral one-slot accessory rail on the frame accommodates compact lights or lasers. Slide markings include "MADE IN AUSTRIA GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA," reflecting Austrian manufacture with U.S. importer stamp.
This model shares its frame and slide architecture with Glock's .40 S&W lineup, enabling caliber swaps via a compatible barrel change. The package is rounded out with the original Glock hard case, manual, loader, and the Gen4 backstraps.
