The Shadow 2 Carry uses a 7075-T6 aluminum alloy frame to keep weight in check while retaining the Shadow family’s internal slide rails and extended beavertail. The undercut trigger guard and textured aluminum grip panels with CZ SHADOW lettering and a stylized 2 provide a positive, repeatable hold.
Its slide is cut for direct-mount RMSc/Holosun K-pattern optics beneath a removable cover plate, and the factory fixed 3-dot photoluminescent irons are co-witness height. Front and rear cocking serrations and anti-glare top serrations support confident manipulation in varied lighting.
The 4 in cold hammer-forged barrel, DA/SA hammer-fired action, and ambidextrous decocker combine for a familiar, controllable operating system. A left-side push-button magazine release and a firing pin block (drop-safe) round out the control set.
Practical enhancements include a 3-slot Picatinny accessory rail on the dustcover for lights or lasers and fixed sights with a two-dot rear paired with a single-dot front. This Czech-made pistol carries CIP proofs near the ejection port, a triangle stamp with 25, and a CZ-USA Kansas City KS import mark. Capacity is 15+1, and three magazines are included.
