The 715T Carry Handle configuration provides AR-style sighting provisions with an A2-style front sight tower and a carry-handle rear aperture adjustable for windage and elevation. The carry handle itself is TAPCO-marked, and the buttstock is ATI-marked, reflecting the rifle’s use of well-known AR-pattern furniture components.
The rifle uses a semi-automatic, blowback .22 LR system based on the 702 Plinkster action, paired with a right-side charging handle and right-side ejection. An ambidextrous paddle-style magazine release and a cross-bolt safety provide straightforward, familiar controls.
Ergonomics are anchored by a 6-position, M4-style adjustable stock and polymer pistol grip. Length of pull is 11.0 inches, and the vented quad-rail forend offers mounting space along the handguard. A factory scope mount is present.
Construction centers on a durable polymer frame and AR-style clamshell that surrounds the barreled action. The 18 inch barrel is paired with a plain, unthreaded muzzle. Markings indicate manufacture in Brazil by CBC and importation by Mossberg International, Inc., North Haven, CT.
Feeding is via a detachable box magazine with a 10+1 capacity. The included factory 10-round steel magazine is correct for the 702/715T platform.
