Ruger’s first striker-fired pistol in the SR-Series, this SR9 combines a slim, full-size profile with a 4.14 in barrel and a 17+1 capacity. The two-tone look pairs a brushed stainless slide with a durable black glass-filled nylon frame.
The controls and safety suite are comprehensive: ambidextrous manual thumb safety, trigger safety with a central safety blade, magazine disconnect, striker blocker, and a loaded chamber indicator. A top-mounted loaded chamber indicator and rear-only slide serrations are factory features on this model.
Sighting is straightforward with a 3-dot setup featuring an adjustable rear sight and a fixed front blade. The frame includes an integral accessory rail, and the magazine release is designed for easy access.
This example is an early-production SR9 made in the USA, and the factory case label lists Catalog No. SR9FP and Model 03302 (MPN 03302). It falls within Ruger’s SR9 recall serial range (330- prefix); retrofit status is not documented.
