The Girsan MC 1911 S Standard is a full-size .45 ACP 1911 with a 5-inch cold-forged steel barrel and a matte dark finish. It features an integral 4-slot Picatinny-style accessory rail, ambidextrous thumb safety, and a beavertail grip safety. Fixed dovetailed sights, a lowered and flared ejection port, and rear cocking serrations support practical use. It comes with an ACT-MAG 8-round magazine and ships in the factory case with manual.

This MC 1911 S Standard follows the classic Government-length 1911 format with a 5-inch, cold-forged steel barrel and a single-action, short-recoil operating system. It uses a GI-style short guide rod with a standard barrel bushing, appealing to those who prefer traditional 1911 internals.
Controls and ergonomics include an ambidextrous thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety for consistent engagement. A skeletonized three-hole trigger and a skeletonized commander-style hammer complete the familiar 1911 control set. The flat mainspring housing and slightly beveled magazine well aid handling and reloads.
The slide is configured with rear cocking serrations only and a lowered, flared ejection port for reliable clearance. Fixed, dovetailed sights (blade front and notch rear) provide a sturdy, no-nonsense sighting setup. The matte dark finish on both slide and frame complements the double-diamond checkered wood grip panels.
An integral 4-slot Picatinny-style accessory rail on the dust cover offers straightforward light or accessory mounting.
