- Cimarron Model P Evil Roy Competition .45 Colt revolver (5.5 inch barrel)
The Evil Roy Competition series incorporates a competition-oriented factory action tune with improved internals designed for clean, predictable operation. This example includes a no-creep trigger and a lightened trigger spring, paired with traditional single-action-only function and an external hammer.
The revolver uses a 5.5 inch barrel with a brass blade front sight and a fixed rear notch integral to the topstrap, providing a classic sight picture. The six-shot fluted cylinder offers a period-correct profile and a capacity of 6 rounds in .45 Colt.
Finishes are traditional and well executed, with a color case-hardened frame and blued barrel and cylinder. The ejector rod housing includes a spring-loaded ejector with a bullseye-style head for positive case extraction.
Ergonomics are anchored by the slim SAA grip profile and hand-checkered slim European walnut grip panels with a bordered pattern for a steady hold. Proof and import markings note CIMARRON F.A. CO., Fredericksburg, Texas, and "Manufactured by A. Uberti, Italy," with the Italian proof date code "CS" indicating 2017. This is a faithful reproduction built in Italy.
