The 16 inch barrel is marked 7.62 NATO and is threaded 5/8x24, pairing a practical length with common muzzle device compatibility. The 1:10 twist supports a broad range of .308 Win/7.62 NATO projectiles. The upper includes a shell deflector and omits a forward assist, as noted for this configuration.
The Snakebite variant wears a two-tone FDE/Bronze and black finish over forged aluminum receivers, with the receiver marked SIG SAUER INC NEWINGTON NH USA. The free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard includes an installed M-LOK QD sling mount for streamlined sling placement.
Controls are ambidextrous where it matters, with an ambidextrous safety and magazine release. The factory two-stage Matchlite Duo trigger provides a clean, predictable break. The collapsible 6-position stock includes a QD sling attachment, and the SIG SAUER-marked polymer grip offers a familiar AR ergonomics profile.
This rifle accepts SR-25/AR-10 pattern magazines and is rated at 25+1 capacity. Practical add-ons already installed include 30mm scope rings, an INFORCE weapon light, an angled foregrip/hand stop, and a vertical foregrip with an integrated bipod, plus a two-point sling.
