The XC’s bushingless, approximately 5-inch bull barrel is marked 9x19 and integrates a sight-block compensator with multiple ports. The front fiber-optic sight is mounted to the block, keeping the sight fixed relative to the compensator. The slide features front and rear serrations, lightening cuts, and a rear optics cut with cover plate installed.
The steel frame uses a full-length unrailed dustcover and a double-stack polymer grip module with aggressive texture and Staccato star logos. A flared magwell supports fast magazine changes, and the included magazines have witness marks to 26 and 20 rounds, respectively.
Controls include an ambidextrous thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety with memory bump. The skeletonized, medium-length trigger provides a single-action-only interface consistent with Staccato’s 2011 platform.
Factory markings include “STACCATO” and “GEORGETOWN, TX USA” on the underside of the dustcover. The frame also carries a factory-applied U.S. flag engraving on the right side above the serial area. This example was made in the USA and is noted as a recent release.
