The Model 617-6 pairs a 4-inch full-underlug heavy barrel with a stainless K-Frame for durability and balance. The 10-shot fluted cylinder offers extended rimfire capacity in a classic DA/SA format.
Adjustable sights include a pinned black front blade on a ramp and an adjustable rear, giving precise control for target work. The case-colored hammer and trigger add a traditional S&W touch.
This -6 engineering change model incorporates the internal key lock. The revolver is finished in satin stainless throughout the frame, cylinder, and barrel, with the S&W crest on the sideplate and standard "MADE IN U.S.A." markings.
Installed are aftermarket finger-groove checkered hardwood stocks with S&W medallions for a secure hold and classic look. The original S&W black synthetic monogrip is included, along with the factory blue case labeled for Model 617-6 (SKU 160584) and the original manual.
