The SPEC15 is an AR-15 pattern rifle with a direct-impingement operating system and a 16-inch barrel capped by an A2 flash hider. The barrel is threaded, and the rifle is configured for a 30+1 maximum capacity in 5.56mm NATO.
The free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard provides elongated slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions, along with a short 1913 rail at the front 12 o'clock. Prominent laser-engraved "BLACK RAIN" and biohazard logos give this rifle a distinctive, brand-forward look.
The upper is a flat-top slick-side with a brass deflector and no forward assist. The lower receiver is marked BLACK RAIN ORDNANCE with CAL: MULTI and MOD: SPEC15, and the selector legends read SAFE / FIRE / FULL. The ejection-port cover is laser-marked "LET IT RAIN!" and the bolt carrier bears a biohazard mark.
Furniture includes a collapsible carbine stock marked BMSMIL (Battlelink Minimalist type) and a textured polymer pistol grip. The rifle wears a white distressed (battle-worn) receiver finish over aluminum receivers and was manufactured in the USA in Neosho, Missouri.
