Specific Condition Notes: The walnut furniture has multiple dents and abrasions. There is minor pitting in the barrel threads and a small spot of pitting on the trigger guard. The top lever shows wear on the locking lugs. Barrel fit is good but slightly loose. The ejectors are timed, and the firing pins are good.

The Ascent Sporting configuration pairs 30-inch blued barrels with ventilated side ribs and a fixed mid-height, raised ventilated step rib. Anti-glare serrations and a shallow center channel aid target focus, complemented by a white front bead and a mid-bead. Chambers are 2 3/4 inch, and capacity is two rounds.
Built on Caesar Guerini’s Invictus System, this shotgun uses replaceable hinge cams and the Invictus Block to allow restoration of lock-up as the gun wears. The DTS Action Control System lets the user adjust forend tension to tailor opening effort and feel over time.
The receiver wears a coin finish (Invisalloy) and factory scroll and rosette engraving with the CAESAR GUERINI oval cartouche. Markings include Caesar Guerini USA, Cambridge, MD, and "Made in Italy."
The stock set is select walnut with a Monte Carlo profile, an adjustable comb, and a rubber buttpad. A right-hand palm swell and a rounded/beavertail forend with fine checkering provide a stable grip. Controls include a manual tang safety and a single trigger.
