This Colt Government Model Combat Unit (CCU) Rail in .45 ACP is a full-size Series 80 1911 that was professionally upgraded by Nighthawk Custom. It features Nighthawk's complete Reliability Package, a match-grade trigger job, a tuned ambidextrous safety, and a DLC-coated National Match barrel. The pistol wears a durable black DLC (IonBond) finish on its steel slide and frame, includes a Picatinny-style rail, and comes with seven magazines and a comprehensive accessory set.

The Combat Unit (CCU) Government Rail configuration delivers a full-size, duty-ready 1911 with a 5" barrel, Series 80 firing-pin safety system, and a steel frame/slide finished in black DLC (IonBond). It incorporates practical features throughout, including front and rear cocking serrations and a lowered, flared ejection port.
This pistol was customized by Nighthawk Custom with four key upgrades: Reliability Package, Complete; Trigger Job, Match Grade; Nighthawk Tuned Ambi-Safety; and a DLC Barrel Upgrade. The barrel is a National Match unit with a standard bushing, and the hood is marked "COLT .45 AUTO NM."
Ergonomics and control features include a beavertail grip safety, a tuned ambidextrous thumb safety, a skeletonized 3-hole trigger with a match-grade trigger job, a skeletonized hammer, and textured G10 grip panels. The front strap is checkered at 25 LPI with a checkered mainspring housing, and an extended magazine-well funnel speeds reloads.
The sighting system pairs a dovetailed Novak front night sight (single dot) with a low-mount ledge rear sight in plain black secured by a set screw. A Picatinny-style accessory rail on the dust cover supports weapon-mounted lights or other rail accessories.
