The barrel is marked .204 RUGER .231 NK to indicate a tight-neck chamber, with gunsmith marking E. SPEARS OCALA, FL and KRIEGER 11" TWIST. A Leupold Vari-X III 6.5-20x EFR scope is installed on a one-piece Picatinny rail, creating a focused .204 Ruger setup with premium components end to end.

This Model 700 features a single-shot conversion with a dedicated loading arrangement and no magazine or floorplate, emphasizing consistent cartridge alignment. The action is a push-feed, two-lug bolt with a plunger ejector and an aftermarket Sako-style external extractor. The bolt body is jeweled, and the bolt knob is polished and checkered/knurled for positive control.
The Krieger Custom Stainless barrel is a 24-inch heavy/varmint contour, unfluted, with a recessed target crown and an unthreaded muzzle. Barrel markings include .204 RUGER .231 NK (tight-neck chamber), KRIEGER 11" TWIST, and the gunsmith stamp E. SPEARS OCALA, FL.
The Boyds Thumbhole stock is a laminated hardwood design with a wide, ventilated beavertail forend, a raised cheekpiece, and a rubber recoil pad. No sling attachments are installed.
A Jewell match/aftermarket trigger is installed for precise control. Up top, a one-piece Picatinny scope rail carries a Leupold Vari-X III 6.5-20x EFR scope with target turrets and a fine crosshair with center dot reticle, secured with installed rings.
