The CSR action is paired with an Accuracy International AX AICS folding chassis, delivering a rigid aluminum-alloy platform with a right-side folding stock. The chassis and receiver wear a matching tan finish, with the receiver marked SURGEON RIFLES and the chassis marked ACCURACY INTERNATIONAL AX AICS. The adjustable cheekpiece and butt assembly support precise fit, and the current length of pull measures 13.75 inches.
The 16-inch barrel is threaded and fitted with a multi-port muzzle brake for effective recoil control. A KeySlot forend provides modular accessory mounting, and this rifle arrives with a loose KeySlot Picatinny rail section for added placement options. A small kydex pad/barricade stop is attached to the forend for position support, and a bipod is installed.
The bolt features spiral fluting and a large round bolt knob for confident manipulation. A manual safety is located at the bolt shroud. Feeding is via the AICS-pattern detachable box magazine system, with a 10+1 capacity. Included magazines total two 10-round units and one 5-round unit; note that the included Magpul 7.62x51 LR/SR PMAG is AR-10/SR-25 pattern and is not compatible with the AICS magwell, while the included steel mags are AICS-pattern.
