This Stag Arms Stag-15 State Compliant rifle is a factory-configured, fixed-mag 5.56mm NATO AR-15 with a 16-inch threaded barrel and a free-float M-LOK handguard. It carries the Cheyenne, WY roll mark indicating post-2019 production and features a flat-top upper with a T-marked Picatinny rail. The rifle is in excellent overall condition and comes with a 10-round Magpul PMAG.

The State Compliant configuration uses a factory fixed-magazine device and ships with a 10-round magazine for a 10+1 stated capacity. The magazine release has been swapped to the compliant version that requires partial disassembly to remove the magazine, aligning with restrictive-state requirements.
The upper is a flat-top design with a T-marked Picatinny rail for mounting, and the rifle deletes factory sights to keep the top rail clear. The free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard features STAG ARMS branding and a continuous 12 o’clock top rail, providing ample space for accessories.
The 16-inch barrel is threaded and fitted with an A2-style flash hider. The rifle operates via a semi-automatic, direct impingement system chambered in 5.56mm NATO.
Furniture and controls include an adjustable stock, a Magpul MOE pistol grip, and a manual safety selector. The right-side ejection upper includes a forward assist and dust cover for standard AR-15 functionality.
Receivers wear a matte anodized finish. The Cheyenne, WY roll mark denotes post-2019 Stag Arms production, and the rifle is made in the USA.
