Made by FN in Belgium and marked with Belgian proofs, this Light Twelve shows the period-correct Browning rollmarks, including "BROWNING PATENTS" and the barrel address "Browning Arms Company Morgan, Utah & Montreal P.Q." The receiver is marked "Light Twelve" and features Browning's factory scroll engraving with a bordered zig-zag edge motif. The serial prefix "75G" denotes the Light Twelve per Browning coding.
The 28" Special Steel barrel has a ventilated rib with a matted top and a single front bead. It is chambered for 2 3/4" shells and is fitted with a fixed Modified choke, indicated by the "**" asterisk code on the barrel. Capacity is 4+1.
This Auto-5 uses the long-recoil, semi-automatic action and includes Browning's magazine cut-off lever on the left front of the receiver. A cross-bolt safety and a gold-tone trigger round out the control set, staying faithful to period configuration.
The shotgun retains its blued steel receiver and barrel, paired with a checkered walnut stock and matching forend. The hard buttplate is embossed "Browning Automatic A5." Length of pull measures 14.5", and the design showcases the iconic A5 humpback receiver profile.
