The GMR-15 is a straight-blowback, AR-9 pistol-caliber carbine designed around Glock-pattern magazines with a 33+1 capacity. This configuration balances fast handling with proven reliability in 9mm Luger.
Its upper is a flat-top design with an integral brass deflector and no forward assist. The free-float aluminum handguard provides M-LOK slots and uses a short add-on 1913 rail segment near the front for accessory placement; the receiver’s top rail carries the T-markings. The ejection port cover is laser-marked "JP" and "9mm" for easy chamber identification.
The 16 in barrel is threaded and capped with a small-profile, multi-port compensator that is visibly pinned in place. This pinned muzzle device complements the carbine's compliant, competition-oriented setup.
Controls and ergonomics include an ambidextrous Radian Raptor charging handle, an adjustable/collapsible stock with a 12.5 in length of pull, and a textured pistol grip with finger grooves for a positive hold.
Introduced in 2017 and widely used in USPSA PCC competition, the GMR-15 represents JP Enterprises' refined AR-9 approach. This example carries JP's matte black anodized aluminum receivers and was built in the USA.
