This A400 Xtreme Unico uses Beretta's Blink gas system with a rotating bolt for fast, reliable cycling. The Unico 3.5 in chamber accepts 2 3/4, 3, and 3 1/2 in shells and is set up to run them without the need for user adjustments. Capacity is 4+1.
The 26 in steel barrel features a ventilated rib and Optima-Bore HP profile, and it is threaded for the Optima-Choke HP system. A red fiber-optic front bead provides a bright reference on the rib. The package includes flush Optima-Choke HP tubes marked "OK STEEL CL" and "NO STEEL."
Controls are built for gloved use, with an enlarged charging handle plus an enlarged bolt-release button and carrier/bolt-release bar. An oversized fluted magazine cap with a green-anodized ring adds positive purchase. The cross-bolt safety is positioned at the trigger guard.
The synthetic stock wears a matching camouflage finish and integrates Beretta's Kick-Off recoil system. It includes black overmold grip panels for traction, an adjustable length of pull via spacers, and a rear sling swivel stud. The alloy receiver is finished in camouflage to match the furniture.
Markings include "BERETTA U.S.A. CORP., ACCOKEEK, MD" and "BERETTA – GARDONE V.T. – MADE IN ITALY." This shotgun was made in Gardone Val Trompia, Italy.
