This Glenfield-branded Model 60 is a classic .22 LR semi-automatic with the hallmark features that made the platform popular. It combines a 22-inch carbon steel barrel with a tube-fed 14+1 capacity, a hardwood stock with pressed decorative panels and the Glenfield squirrel emblem, and a receiver grooved for 3/8-inch rimfire rings. A JM stamp is present at the barrel/receiver junction, and it comes fitted with a Glenfield 4x15 Opti-Centered scope made in Japan.

The rifle operates on a blowback action and is chambered in .22 LR, feeding from a tube magazine under the barrel with a knurled follower knob. Capacity is 14+1. The 22-inch barrel is carbon steel, and the barrel and magazine tube are finished in blue, paired with a black-finished receiver.
The receiver is factory grooved with a 3/8-inch rimfire dovetail. The included Glenfield 4x15 Opti-Centered scope is currently mounted in scope rings on the receiver.
The hardwood stock features pressed decorative panels, pressed fore-end lines, and a black buttplate. Glenfield details include the squirrel emblem on the stock and a squirrel-in-shield grip panel. Length of pull measures 13.5 inches.
Markings include a JM stamp at the barrel/receiver junction on the left side. Country of origin is the United States.
