Built on the M&P full-size polymer frame with M&P-style molded texture, the 22X uses a blowback, internal-hammer operating system. The flat-faced trigger includes a safety tab, and a manual thumb safety is fitted on the frame.
The fixed 4 inch stainless steel barrel features an Armornite treatment and internal muzzle threads that accept the included adapter to provide 1/2x28 compatibility. A factory thread adapter and wrench are included for mounting compatible muzzle devices.
The black-anodized aluminum slide arrives with a factory optic cut and a two-screw cover plate. Sights consist of a fiber-optic front and a black serrated square-notch rear.
An integral Picatinny accessory rail supports common weapon lights or lasers. Capacity is 10+1 and this pistol ships with two 10-round magazines. The TS TB designation and SKU 14312 denote the thumb-safety and threaded-barrel configuration.
