The Model 60-18 is a stainless-steel J-Frame revolver chambered in .357 Magnum with a five-shot fluted cylinder. Its 5-inch barrel length and adjustable sights distinguish it within the Model 60 family, and the yoke-cut marking clearly identifies the factory configuration.
The stainless 5-inch barrel features a full-length serrated top rib and a shrouded ejector rod. These factory details, paired with the satin/brushed finish throughout, give the revolver a cohesive, purpose-built look.
Sighting equipment includes an adjustable square-notch micrometer rear and a pinned ramp front with an orange insert. This setup provides a clear, conventional iron-sight picture with elevation and windage adjustment.
The revolver uses a double-action/single-action system with a smooth-face trigger and an exposed spurred hammer. Black rubber finger-groove grips offer a secure, hand-filling hold on the compact J-Frame.
