This 43X is part of Glock's Slimline series, pairing a slender profile with a 10+1 capacity in 9mm Luger. The pistol measures approximately 6.50 inches in overall length, 5.04 inches in height, and 1.10 inches in width, with an unloaded weight of about 18.7 ounces.
The 3.41-inch barrel is cold hammer forged and uses Glock's polygonal rifling, designed for a smooth bore surface and consistent performance. The slide wears a matte black finish and includes front and rear cocking serrations for positive manipulation.

Internally, the pistol uses Glock's striker-fired, short-recoil action and incorporates a trigger safety, firing pin safety, and drop safety. It bears Austrian C.I.P. proof marks and the "MADE IN AUSTRIA, GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA." import panel, with matching serial numbers on the frame and slide.
