Nighthawk Custom Firehawk .45 ACP 1911, Full-Size, Integrated Single-Port Comp, Match-Grade Bull Barrel
Hand-built in Berryville, Arkansas under Nighthawk's One Gun, One Gunsmith approach, this Firehawk is a Government-size, single-stack 1911 in .45 ACP featuring an integrated single-port compensator and a shortened slide that keeps overall length comparable to a standard Government Model. It is equipped with a gold-bead front sight, a Heinie Ledge rear sight, and arrives in excellent condition with factory documentation dated May 9, 2020.
Condition
Overall Condition: Excellent condition, showing only faint signs of any prior use or handling.
Bore Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: There are superficial scratches and small handling blemishes on exterior surfaces.

The Firehawk’s integrated single-port compensator is machined to work with its shortened slide, preserving Government-model overall length while directing gas to reduce muzzle rise. The rear of the slide carries clean cocking serrations and the Nighthawk logo, while the barrel hood is marked "NHC 45 ACP NM" for easy chamber identification.
The recoil system is Commander-length with a reverse plug, paired to a match-grade, bushingless bull barrel and a full-length guide rod. This setup delivers tight lockup and smooth cycling in a full-size, single-stack format.
Sighting is fast and precise with a gold-bead front sight and a Heinie Ledge rear sight marked "HEINIE." Ergonomics are enhanced by a blended magazine well, checkered front strap and mainspring housing, and an undercut trigger guard. Textured G10 grip panels provide secure purchase.
Controls and fire-control components are tuned for a crisp single-action break, including a solid aluminum, medium-length trigger with a serrated face and overtravel screw, a skeletonized rowel hammer, and traditional 1911 safeties: thumb safety, grip safety, and a half-cock notch.
This example was hand-built in the USA and includes factory paperwork with a test target dated May 9, 2020. It ships with two 8-round magazines and original Nighthawk packaging and accessories.
