This revolver reproduces the Paterson No. 5 Texas/Holster configuration with a 7.5-inch octagonal barrel and a concealed folding trigger without a trigger guard. In keeping with the original pattern, it was built without an under-barrel loading lever and is intended for use with a separate loading tool, which is included here.
The cylinder is factory roll-engraved with a Paterson-style scene, and the finishes are true to period form: a blued cylinder and barrel paired with a color case-hardened frame. High-polish walnut grips complete the classic presentation.
Sighting is traditional and fixed, using a front post and a rear hammer notch. The revolver is single-action only and secured with a transverse wedge featuring a retaining screw, consistent with early Colt design details.
Markings include "UBERTI USA – LAKEVILLE, CT – MADE IN ITALY BY A. UBERTI, CAL. 36 BLACK POWDER ONLY – MADE IN ITALY," with Gardone proof marks (star-in-gear over PN) and a boxed BB date code identifying 1992 production. The cylinder shows the five-chamber pattern typical of the Texas/No. 5 Paterson design.
