Built on an alloy frame with a matte black finish, it pairs a 3.9 inch barrel with a short-recoil, locked-breech, tilting-barrel operating system. The external hammer and DA/SA trigger are paired with a decocker for traditional Sig handling.
This example reflects the original non-railed compact frame and rounded trigger guard design. The slide wears rear serrations only and a matching matte black finish, keeping controls and surfaces streamlined and familiar to P220 users.
Factory 3-dot tritium night sights are installed, with a green front lamp and green rear lamps for a consistent sight picture. Markings include "MADE IN GERMANY" and "SIGARMS INC., EXETER–NH," underscoring its German manufacture and U.S. import lineage from the era.
