This Hi-Point 995 TS is a US-made 9mm Luger carbine configured with the TS tactical stock and integral accessory rails. The 995 TS features a polymer tactical stock with a fixed, skeletonized butt, molded cheek rest, and a rubber buttplate. The handguard is polymer with integral top and bottom rails, supporting the included vertical foregrip and optic. The receiver and frame are finished in flat black.
Its operating system is a simple blowback, striker-fired design with a last-round hold-open. Controls include a grip-mounted magazine release, a manual thumb safety, and a reciprocating charging handle. The carbine is rated for use with +P ammunition.
Sighting options include the factory protected front post and an adjustable rear peep; the rear sight base is removable to facilitate optic installation. This rifle arrives with a UTG SCP-RD40RGW-A red/green dot sight installed, and the detachable factory rear sight assembly is included.
