The 2K11 Pro Royal pairs a compact 1911 footprint with double-stack 9mm capacity. It ships with high-capacity magazines featuring numbered witness holes to 19 and uses improved internal magazine-well geometry to aid loading.
The MJD composite grip module delivers an aggressive hex texture, with additional texturing on the frontstrap and backstrap. A matching magwell is integrated. Controls include an ambidextrous thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety with a raised pad, plus a rowel-style hammer and a skeletonized GT trigger.
The bronze-finished slide is optic-cut with a cover plate installed and includes forward-angled lightening cuts and an ejection port relief cut. An internal extractor and a tool-less guide rod system are part of the build.
Sighting is straightforward with a red fiber-optic front sight bearing the TAG KIMBER marking and a plain black rear. The frame includes an accessory rail. This pistol is manufactured in Troy, Alabama, USA, under Kimber part number 3500065.
