The Gen 2 frame presents the classic Glock ergonomics of its era: no finger grooves, wrap-around checkering on the frontstrap and backstrap, and pebble-textured side panels. The dustcover lacks an accessory rail, consistent with this generation, and the slide features rear-only serrations with a left-side slide stop lever.
The 4.49-inch steel barrel is cold hammer forged with polygonal rifling. This configuration is known for durability and easy maintenance, and the bore condition on this example is excellent with a mirror finish.
Factory markings are clean and correct: the slide is marked "GLOCK", "22", "AUSTRIA", and ".40 SW". Controls are standard with a left-side magazine release and a left-side slide stop. The pistol uses a detachable double-stack magazine system.
