The pistol features a matte silver/chrome finish on both slide and frame, giving the classic Hi-Power profile a clean, modern presentation. The steel, full-size build houses a 4.625-inch barrel and a 13+1 capacity in 9mm Luger.
Sighting equipment includes a fixed ramped front blade and a fully adjustable rear unit with windage and elevation screws; the rear sight body is marked with an "M" logo. Notably, the factory case end label lists fixed sights, while the pistol itself is fitted with the adjustable rear sight.
Controls and operating features include single-action, short-recoil locked-breech operation, a push-button magazine release, and a thumb safety. A ring/rowel hammer and a gold-colored single-action trigger complete the classic Hi-Power control layout.
The slide has rear serrations only and uses an external extractor. Grips are black checkered synthetic panels with Browning deer-head medallions. Markings include the Browning Arms Company address and "Made in Belgium Assembled in Portugal," reflecting its Belgian manufacture and Portuguese assembly.
Produced in 1999, this example combines a desirable finish, adjustable sighting system, and strong magazine complement. The bore condition is excellent, and the package includes the original case and manual for a well-rounded offering.
