Built on a forged-and-milled steel receiver, this SAM7SF combines Bulgarian Circle 10 manufacturing with Arsenal Inc. Las Vegas import quality. Receiver markings include "Made in BULGARIA" and Arsenal Las Vegas, with the SAM7SF model and caliber designation. The finish is a durable matte black enamel applied to both the receiver and components.
The 16.25-inch cold hammer-forged, chrome-lined barrel is threaded 24x1.5 mm at the front sight base and is fitted with a US-marked, 24-stamped AK-74–style muzzle brake. It uses a 90-degree gas block and the classic long-stroke gas piston with a rotating bolt for reliable cycling.
Controls and furniture are set up for practical use: a right-side folding tubular metal stock with a locking latch (14.0-inch length of pull), an ambidextrous left-side thumb safety in addition to the standard AK selector, and a FIME enhanced fire control group noted for a smoother pull and reset. Polymer upper and lower handguards carry US markings and an internal stainless heat shield.
Sighting equipment consists of a hooded front post and a tangent rear sight leaf with meter graduations. A left-side optics side rail is present on the receiver for compatible mounts. The rifle retains the SAM7 series’ milled construction while adding modern usability details in a clean, cohesive package.
